1946. A girl, Maya, goes out to pick her mother a bouquet of wild flowers. Suddenly, a light comes on over the girl and she disappears. The same thing happens to soldier Richard in ’51, old millionaire Orson in ’79, boys Kyle and Sean in 2001 and more than 4,000 other people.
But after a while, all the missing people arrive from outer space.
